The OGC & Secretariat team brings our purpose to life by providing strategic advice to the business relating to its employees, partners and the workplace more broadly.You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:Employment LawConducting litigation and/or investigationsWorking within a Governance frameworkDealing with and assisting senior managementIn our OGC & Secretariat team, your impact will be seen by:Supporting strong and trusted relationships with our internal clients and governance bodiesAdvising our business clients on a variety of matters while working closely with the organisation's People & Culture, Partner Affairs Office and risk and compliance teamsWorking as part of a team and embedding yourself within Pw C's cultureMore About YouYou have over 8 years PQE in employment law mattersYou have experience conducting litigation and investigationsYou have experience in working within a Governance framework to ensure consistency and appropriateness of decision makingYou will have excellent listening skills and will respond appropriately to feedback from stakeholdersYou have experience and confidence in dealing with and assisting senior management (both in written and verbal communications), including an ability to draft clear and precise legal documents and communicationsYou have excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, as well as an ability to build relationships and influence with impactYou can identify and consider critical issues and assess and articulate legal risks (including likelihood and impact) so the business can make informed, risk-based commercial decisionsAbout Pw CAt Pw C, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
