About the Role:
A well-established WA commercial builder is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support a growing pipeline of projects up to $15M across the Perth metro area. This is an ideal role for someone looking for stability, structure, and the chance to work with a supportive team known for delivering well-organised, high-quality builds.
You’ll work closely with project and site teams, taking ownership of the commercial function while contributing to efficient and accurate project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage head and subcontractor agreements from award to final account
- Oversee procurement, budgeting, and cost control
- Prepare and process variations, claims, compliance documents, and payment schedules
- Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate contract records and support project financial reporting
About You:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Background in commercial or education sector projects
- Strong understanding of WA construction standards, contract law, and cost management
- Experience with CHEOPS or Procore is highly valued
- Clear communicator with robust commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Full Australian working rights + Perth-based experience essential
