Hotel Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the facilities of our hotel, ensuring a high standard of quality and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting general repairs within the property including guest rooms, common areas and building
* Co-ordinating and negotiating with outside contractors
* Overseeing contractors' work to ensure a high standard and quality is maintained
* Maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule
* Performing regular maintenance tasks & inspections of the facilities
* Liaising with guests and staff on maintenance issues and the progress of works
The successful candidate will be efficient, cost-conscious, and contribute to a workplace health and safety environment.
Key Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
