A well-capitalised renewable energy group is seeking an Investment Associate to join its investment team. Backed by a global platform, the business originates, acquires, finances and operates large-scale renewable assets across the globe.
This role offers end-to-end exposure across development, M&A and project finance within a lean, high-performing investment environment.

You will work directly with senior investment professionals on live transactions, taking ownership of financial modelling, investment analysis and due diligence, with continued involvement post-investment across financing, asset performance and value creation.
International exposure is genuine, with collaboration across regions and the opportunity to support offshore transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and own complex financial models to evaluate renewable energy investments
* Support deal underwriting through commercial and financial analysis
* Execute detailed due diligence alongside technical, legal and commercial advisers
* Assist with project finance processes, including lender engagement and debt structuring
* Support asset management and ongoing investment performance
* Mentor junior analysts and interns
About You
* ~3–5 years' experience in:
* Investment banking (energy, infrastructure, M&A, project finance)
* Big 4 or top-tier consulting (corporate finance, infrastructure, valuation)
* Infrastructure or renewable energy investing
* Strong academic background from a leading university
* Advanced financial modelling skills and sound investment judgement
* Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and genuine interest in renewables
