Warehouse Team Manager – Pharmaceutical Distribution Centre
Omni Recruit is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation with a 110-year history supporting Australia's health sector. They supply a diverse portfolio of trusted brands and services, working with major retail pharmacy groups while supporting independent pharmacies.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join a fast‑paced Distribution Centre and play a key role in delivering safe, secure, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily warehouse operations within a multi‑SKU FMCG environment.
* Manage and develop a high‑performing warehouse team.
* Ensure effective use of warehouse technology, including SAP, RF scanning, and automation systems.
* Maintain a strong security‑first approach aligned with pharmaceutical standards.
* Drive Health & Safety compliance, including injury management and Return to Work programs.
Qualifications
* Experience at a supervisory or management level within an FMCG or distribution environment.
* Strong people leadership and communication skills.
* Hands‑on experience with modern warehouse systems and technology.
* A proactive approach to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
