General Manager – Contracting & Recruitment

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a
General Manager, Contracting & Recruitment
to lead PRG across the Western States, to drive strategy and growth across our Contracting and Interim solutions, and drive operational and commercial performance across major client engagements. This is a senior leadership role within PRG and the broader PRG Executive Leadership Team.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading PRG across WA, NT and SA, including coaching and developing regional teams
* Driving business development, sales activity, pipeline management and key client negotiations across Contracting
Nationally
* Building scalable delivery models to ensure consistency, quality outcomes and reporting
* Overseeing operational governance, compliance, risk and contract execution
* Partnering with Finance on budgeting, forecasting and profitability of project resourcing
We wish to speak with leaders who have:
* Strong business development capability (ideally within contracting / workforce solutions)
* Experience across blue and white collar recruitment, ideally within energy, renewables or infrastructure
* A proven track record leading teams across multiple regions and delivering commercial outcomes
* 10+ years leadership experience in recruitment delivery / projects / operations
* A values-led, empowering and accountable leadership style
