**Discover the Opportunity**....
We are seeking 2 x qualified Printers with medium format lithographic experience or anyone who is currently doing a printing apprenticeship, to join our rapidly expanding team for our Opal Cartons Australia site in Regency Park, SA. These role will be on a rotating day and afternoon shift with a 9 day fortnight.
The key focus for these roles will be to produce printed carton products on the KBA and Mitsubishi machines by undertaking a range of tasks for the set-up, production run and shut down sequences of the lithographic and Flexoprinting operations.
You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
- Setting up the lithographic printing machinery
- Undertaking quality checking and process adjustment
- Supporting in the development of Printing apprentices
- Maintaining production processes and ensuring continuity and efficiency
- Ensuring production shut down and clean up

Specifically, for this role, we expect you will have;
- A relevant trade qualification in printing or currently undergoing a printing apprenticeship
- Experience with multicolour medium format offset printing preferred
- Experience with conventional and UV coating
- The ability to interpret printing job requirements
- Well developed technical and interpersonal skills
- Good Initiative and be a team player
