Key Responsibilities: * Develop multi-faceted monitoring and alerting solutions for infrastructure, applications, and financial services. * Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including operational support, development squads, and business teams. * Ensure quality outcomes and provide ongoing support to customers and colleagues. Must have skills and experience: * 5+ years of experience with monitoring/alerting software for critical financial banking systems. * Hands-on experience with Splunk, OpenSearch, Grafana, and Prometheus. * Familiarity with Australian and scheme compliance requirements, as well as card schemes and formats. * Experience working on cloud systems (Azure, AWS) and using GitHub. * Preferred experience with Cribl, AppD, JSON, and Avro formats. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. * Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver successful outcomes in a collaborative environment. * A proactive and innovative mindset. Educational Qualifications: * Tertiary qualification in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience. * Postgraduate or graduate degree in Engineering/Science. * Self-learning courses and certifications are a plus.
