The Solution Architect is responsible for leading all aspects of ShareDo project delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong solution design expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. The Solution Architect works closely with clients, technical teams, the PMO, and the product vendor to ensure successful solution delivery, adoption, and scaling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout project delivery.
* Participate in technical design workshops and guide the overall solution architecture.
* Communicate solution design, progress, and implications to business stakeholders.
* Educate, enable, and support clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Oversee project handover to client teams, support, and Customer Success Management (CSM).
Solution & Technical Design
* Draft and maintain high-level, low-level, and technical design documentation.
* Create and maintain BPMN diagrams and data dictionaries for the duration of the project.
* Communicate solution requirements to the technical architect and onfigurators.
* Work with technical teams to maintain and communicate custom requirements and their impact.
* Plan and conduct proof‐of‐concept (PoC) solutions.
* Develop deployment, release, and environment management plans.
Quality, Delivery & Governance
* Maintain test plans, manage feedback cycles, and track change order requirements.
* Communicate change impacts, effort estimates, and solution considerations to clients.
* Liaise with the PMO on budgets, milestones, and project progress reviews.
* Assist with resource planning and forecasting based on the sales pipeline and project demand.
* Conduct operational assessments including revenue forecasting, resource planning, and solution scalability.
* Work closely with the ShareDo product vendor to drive adoption, CSM engagement, and best‐practice solution design.
* Mentor and support internal team members to develop delivery capability and architectural excellence.
Qualifications:
Must Have
* Completion of ShareDo Configurator and ShareDo Solution Architect courses.
* Hands‐on experience configuring the ShareDo platform.
* Strong business solutioning skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
* Persuasive communication style with strong influencing skills.
* Advanced proficiency with BPMN 2.0, UML, and business architecture notations.
* Experience working in Big Law or Big Tech/Business Consulting (e.g., EY, KPMG, Capgemini).
* Must be located in‐country and preferably in the client's time zone.
* Ability to travel domestically as required.
* Australian citizenship with eligibility for Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.
Highly Desirable
* Deep knowledge of ShareDo product features and architecture, including integration and data migration modelling.
* Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Enterprise Architect in large, complex environments.
* Prior experience as a solution architect with ShareDo or similar platforms (e.g., K2/Nintex, Salesforce CRM).
* Understanding of object‐oriented principles and modelling.
* Proven ability to lead multiple large‐scale, complex business solution projects (up to 36+ months).
