Educational Campaign Specialist
As a Campaign Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of educational campaigns and communication strategies focused on promoting key reforms in education.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work within the Communications Division, which plays a crucial role in shaping and supporting the communication of Victorian Government priorities for early childhood development and school education.
* The Division engages Victorians on education issues and services through various channels, including media relations, internal and external communications, branding, digital channels, public affairs, and event management.
* It comprises branches supported by an executive team: Public Communications Services, Portfolio Communications, Digital and Creative Services.
Your key responsibilities will include implementing these campaigns across various channels, collaborating with the broader early childhood portfolio team to tailor the campaign for priority audiences, and driving new supporting initiatives such as events, partnerships, endorsements, and public relations.
Key skills required for this role include:
* Experience in managing campaigns and providing expert advice in planning and delivering communications and marketing activities.
* Familiarity with Victorian Government advertising guidelines and relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications and Marketing.
* Ability to work effectively with various business areas within the Department and manage relationships with and between program and policy areas.
In this role, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the portfolio and the Communications Division by delivering key communications outcomes that support the Department and education.
