About the Opportunity
As a Personal Care Worker you will have the opportunity to be part of the team that provides outstanding care to our residents. You will work in a values based organisation that strives to provide the environment that allows residents to age well.
About You
You have a passion for working with people who are ageing and genuinely enjoy providing support in a residential aged care facility.
You have:
o A Certificate III in Aged Care
o Previous experience as a Personal Care Worker in an Aged Care environment
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o A current NDIS worker check
o Availability to work on a 24/7 roster
o Ability to work within aged care standards
