About the Role
Laminate and roll croissant dough by hand to a consistent, high standard
Mix, bake and finish a variety of pastries including croissants, doughnuts, brioche and small cakes
Operate pastry equipment including laminators, mixers, rack ovens and blast freezers
Maintain quality, consistency and food safety standards
Assist with new product development and seasonal innovation
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys being part of a genuine team.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' Viennoiserie experience
Skilled in lamination, rolling and proofing
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, motivated and a good communicator
Physically fit for a commercial bakery environment
