Overview
The courier industry attracts people from a variety of different working backgrounds. No courier experience is required to grow into the top 10% of owner drivers on the fleet. If you have a genuine interest in this industry, then we are happy to work with you to help you get started.
Responsibilities
* You will have a weekly minimum revenue guarantee - this is a safety net and is applied weekly.
* Your earnings will be uncapped, giving you an opportunity to earn more than a job with a fixed hourly rate if you work hard for it.
* Your own van is required to be an owner driver. If you are new to couriers and don\'t own a van, we will help you purchase the right van. If finance is required, we will assist you with obtaining finance through our supplier network.
* Required transport equipment is supplied
* To maximise your success as a courier owner driver, you will need to be available for work Monday to Friday, with a start time at approx 7am and up to approx 8 to 10 hours per day (season dependent)
* Weekly work is approx 40 to 50 hours (season dependent)
* Jobs are allocated throughout the day. Majority of the work is collecting and delivering freight from business to business with minimal residential consumer deliveries.
* If you wish, you can grow your business over time with the help of our team, supporting you throughout the expansion process.

The Right Candidates
* Must have an Australian Drivers Licence
* You need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
* Must have or willing to setup an ACN & ABN
* To carry out this work, you'll need a suitable van. If you own one, we'll check that your van meets our standards. If you don't own one, we'll help you purchase the right van and get you ready to drive
