The Role We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Technician to support operations in Boundary Bend, VIC, within the horticulture and almond production industry. This is an active, outdoor role where you will travel across orchards to monitor crop quality and ensure standards are maintained. You'll use maps to navigate sites, operate an ATV, and work closely with the team to support quality outcomes during the season. Key Responsibilities This role focuses on monitoring crop quality and supporting orchard operations to maintain high production standards. Conduct quality checks across almond orchards Use maps to navigate between orchard sites Operate ATVs safely in field environments Monitor crop condition and report quality issues Maintain accurate records and communicate findings via radio Follow safety procedures and support general field activities as required Benefits Competitive pay rate of $32.04 per hour penalty rates Seasonal role for approximately 2-3 months Consistent work with approximately 38 hours per week Opportunity to work across large-scale almond orchards Active outdoor role within a supportive team environment Your Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and comfortable working outdoors in an agricultural setting.
