Practice Partner Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Partner to join our team. As a key enabler of our practice uplift goals, you will provide coaching and advice on all matters pertaining to quality Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC).
This hands-on role involves using your expertise to coach and support centre teams, strengthening teaching and learning practices, including for children with additional needs. You will provide guidance on all aspects of quality ECEC, ensuring nationally consistent and targeted teaching and learning support to help centres achieve excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, consistent, and effective advice and coaching support for teaching and learning for all children.
* Work directly with selected groups of centres in the delivery of their Quality Improvement Plan actions in a coaching and modeling capacity to build sustainable teaching and learning capability in centre teams.
* Support the implementation and centre-based improvement of the QRS, NQS, EYLF, and other approved learning frameworks across your state, with a particular focus on high-priority centres identified by the state manager.
* Maintain currency and expert knowledge of QRS, NQF, NQS, EYLF, and Australian ECEC practice.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in early childhood education from a recognised university.
* Extensive and recent practice-based early childhood teacher education experience (aged birth to 8 years).
* Strong understanding of the A&R process and the Exceeding Themes.
* Experience in delivering high-quality training to centre-based teams.
* Experience in supporting practice uplift with centre-based teams.
* Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, other State-based approved/recognised learning guidelines, and the National Quality Standard.
