Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust maintenance strategy, responding quickly to equipment failures, coordinating external services, and overseeing site operations.
* Developing and delivering a proactive maintenance plan.
* Responding swiftly to technical issues, ensuring equipment safety and efficiency.
* Coordinating external services for inspections, repairs, and project work.
* Optimizing spare parts inventory and managing repair costs.
* Overseeing site infrastructure, including security systems and waste management.
* Supporting process improvements and innovation initiatives.
* Leading small-scale projects and contributing to larger ones with technical expertise and supervision.
The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical or electro-mechanical fields, knowledge of permits to work, risk assessments, and safe working practices, and a proactive approach with strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Individuals with IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications or a willingness to complete them are encouraged to apply.
