At Timbertruss, you'll play a direct role in bringing new homes to life — delivering timber trusses and wall frames to residential building sites across the region, then using an on-truck crane to precision-lift and manoeuvre product into position.## ## Every delivery is different. You'll be working through unique site challenges, liaising directly with builders and site supervisors, and using real skill to get the job done safely and efficiently. If you take pride in your work and want a role that keeps you engaged every day, this is it.## ## **What the role involves:*** ## Transporting packs of timber trusses and wall frames to active building sites* ## Operating an on-truck crane to lift and place product on site* ## Communicating and coordinating with site supervisors and builders* ## Strapping and securing loads, hitching/unhitching trailers* ## Adhering to site safety rules and OH&S requirements## ## **Roster options — we are seeking applicants for both:*** ## 4 days/week, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM (rotating RDO each week)* ## 5 days/week, 5:00 AM–1:11 PM## ## **About You:*** ## HC licence (essential)* ## CV/C6 crane ticket and Dogman's licence (highly regarded, but not essential — we'll put the right candidate through our structured in-house training program)* ## Experience with multi-drop or construction site deliveries preferred* ## Strong communication skills — you'll deal face-to-face with builders daily* ## Problem-solver who can work independently and adapt on the fly* ## Safety-conscious with a solid understanding of OH&S## ## **Why join Timbertruss:*** ## **Modern, purpose-built fleet** — our trucks are fitted out specifically for this work; comfortable, well-maintained, and safe.
