Programs Development Manager
The Programs Development Manager will drive high-impact initiatives that strengthen economic development opportunities for Eastern Maar citizens and the community. This pivotal role leads the design, development, and launch of culturally driven products, services, and business lines aligned with the Strategic Plan and the aspirations of Meerreengeeye Ngakeepoorryeeyt – the Eastern Maar Country Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse program of initiatives and projects that bring the Strategic Plan to life, with a focus on economic development.
* Work with community members, internal teams, and external partners to identify and define new business opportunities.
* Lead feasibility studies, business cases, and operational planning for prioritised products and services.
This role requires strong project management skills, commercial acumen, and business development experience with an entrepreneurial mindset. The Programs Development Manager will also need to demonstrate success launching or scaling new programs or service models, as well as a commitment to culturally safe engagement with Eastern Maar citizens and Aboriginal communities.
Requirements

* Commercial acumen, with ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in program management, business development, or related field.
