Key Responsibilities
* Focus on preventative maintenance and breakdown repair of heavy‐duty mobile equipment (Komatsu, CAT, Cummins generators, telehandlers & EWP)
* Conduct site visits throughout the Pilbara and South West regions
* Schedule, plan and perform maintenance activities
* Monitor and maintain stock levels
* Diagnose faults on engine, transmission and electrical systems
* Supervise and lead a maintenance team, including apprentices
* Ensure safe work procedures and practices are in place and adhered to
* Maintain daily housekeeping standards
Candidate Profile
* Hold appropriate work rights and reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area due to location of the position.
* Valid driver's licence is essential.
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within heavy machinery (crushing and screening equipment).
* Hands‐on experience with repairs and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
