We seek an experienced and visionary leader to provide operational leadership and governance across acute care services, including Medical/Surgical Ward & HDU, Maternity, Paediatrics, Sub-acute Care, Palliative Care, Surgical Services, Emergency, Dialysis and Oncology. You will drive excellence in patient outcomes through strong nursing leadership, efficient service delivery and contemporary models of care. Reporting to the Executive Director Clinical Care, you will lead two Deputy Directors of Nursing and champion patient flow, service performance and workforce capability, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring * Current AHPRA registration (or equivalent) with at least 5 years post-registration experience. * Minimum 3 years' experience in leadership and clinical operations management. * Postgraduate qualifications in health or management (preferred). * Expertise in operational management, particularly emergency, acute, surgical and ambulatory care. * Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and foster a positive workplace culture. * Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality and safety standards, risk management and continuous improvement. * Experience in service redesign, change management and implementing contemporary models of care. * Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
