Quantity Surveyor - Structural Integrity
Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Admin to work within our Mining and Minerals North West Region. Playing an essential role in the Coastal & West Pilbara team on recently awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare information and correspondences for contractual variations and reporting
* Liaises with client representatives, supplier representative and sub-contractors.
* Provide timely guidance and advice to ensure contract and quantity surveying activities comply with laws, regulations, policies, systems and guidelines. Raise potential commercial or contractual risks/issues and work to resolve
* Analyse project cost data, making recommendations for action regarding contract interpretation from post contract to final account
* Analyse materials, products, or qualitative or quantitative work outputs for quality, accuracy and completeness
* Provide advice on contract interpretation, payments, changes in scope of works, variations, claims and final accounts to project Management Teams
* Understand and interpret detailed engineering drawings. Translate drawings for purposes of tendering, procurement, resourcing, project scheduling and risk identification.
* Prepare project budgets and manage costs and progress claims
* In field checks on quantities
* Ensure timesheet data is correctly coded to the works
* Create and Manage the QMR, including weekly updates
* Report on contractual KPI in relation to some of the following norms, budget, spending, schedule compliance.
What you'll bring:
* A qualification in Construction Management/Business Administration/Quantity surveyor or equivalent work experience
* Contract administration/Quantity Surveying experience is essential, preferably within the heavy industrial sectors (maintenance or construction)
* Excellent communication skills with proven experience of building relationships at all levels of an organisation
* Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
* The ability to leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose business problems and deliver practical, sustainable solutions
