Job Title: Application Support Analyst Clinical
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst Clinical to join our team. As part of our clinical support team, you will work on providing better care for a healthier planet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage analysis and resolution.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster collaboration and growth.
* Offer expert advice both internally and externally pertaining to clinical information management solutions.
* Support clients through user acceptance testing, installation and maintenance.
Requirements:
* You should have at least 5 years of experience in providing technical support for healthcare IT systems, administering Microsoft Server, and database administration.
* You must have excellent knowledge of SQL with the ability to write and execute complex scripts.
* A degree in Health Information Management and/or Information Technology is required.
* You should also have experience with Microsoft Server Admin.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients. This includes resolving issues, providing training, and ensuring that our systems meet the needs of our clients.
