Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mackay, QLD, for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, including managing phone calls, assisting executives, performing clerical tasks, and ensuring effective communication within the office. The role also involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Executive Administrative Assistance and Communication skills
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
