Warehouse and Dispatch Coordinator
Australia's leading allograft implant manufacturer Australian Biotechnologies seeks a Warehouse and Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the efficient coordination of warehouse operations and dispatch processes. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating shipments, ensuring timely logistical processes, and appropriately receiving goods as per Australian Biotechnologies procedures.

Responsibilities
You will be a part of the Warehouse/Dispatch team based in our manufacturing facility in Frenchs Forest, NSW. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Pick, pack and prepare products and allografts for dispatch, including arranging couriers and completing shipping documentation
* Receive incoming goods, check deliveries, maintain stock levels and keep the work area clean and organised
* Perform basic processing tasks such as cleaning, preparing and packaging materials following set procedures and safety guidelines
* Assist with equipment setup, cleaning and general maintenance to support daily operations
* Complete simple paperwork and raise invoices or job records as required to keep workflow moving
* Follow safety standards, wear appropriate PPE, and report any issues to your supervisor
* Work collaboratively with the team and help with general production duties when needed
Qualifications
We believe you'll be successful if you can display:
* Is comfortable with hands‐on operational work (pick/pack, dispatch, receiving)
* Can follow documented processes accurately
* Has good attention to detail and basic communication skills
* Is reliable, organised and happy to help wherever needed on the floor
* Prior warehouse, manufacturing or processing experience is valued but not essential
* Current NSW Driver's license
* Able to work rotating shifts, 7am to 6pm
* Participate in the Oncall roster as required
* Successful applicants will need to provide evidence of their COVID‐19 vaccinations
