Project Administration Officer Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Administration Officer to join our team in delivering high-quality administrative support across multiple ICT-based projects.
* This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Projects Office, providing administrative support to Executive members and other secretarial and administrative staff.
About you:
* You will have experience in coordinating with executive members and other secretarial and administrative staff to ensure open lines of communication.
* Provide high-quality administrative support for multiple concurrent projects.
* Prepare and distribute agendas, take minutes, and ensure that all actions are completed as required.
We are looking for candidates who have:
* Proven experience in projects and/or healthcare environment.
* Proficiency in creating Canva presentations.
* Familiarity with Word 365.
* Able to use Adobe to manipulate and collate PDF documents.
