About the Role
You'll support two experienced Senior Property Managers across a growing portfolio, gaining hands‐on experience while being guided by strong mentors. The team is fast‐growing, driven, and supportive — perfect for someone who wants to learn, step up, and grow with the business.
Your Day‐to‐Day
* Coordinate and conduct open homes (including alternate Saturday mornings)
* Process tenant applications
* Liaise with builders for handovers and key collections
* Complete accurate entry condition reports
* Schedule routine inspections and manage maintenance requests
* Provide admin and operational support to Senior PMs
* Maintain accurate databases and documentation
* Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
* Assist with general PM duties as required
What We're Looking For
* 6+ months experience in PM or Assistant PM
* Passionate about real estate and long‐term career development
* Proactive, driven, and shows initiative
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Driver's licence & own car (fuel allowance provided)
* Familiarity with AILO & IRE (or willingness to learn)
