Our firm is experiencing sustained growth, and we are looking for an experienced estate planning lawyer who is confident running their own matters from start to finish. What We Offer
Full-time role — $110,000 + super
Part-time hours considered for the right person (family friendly)

Your Responsibilities
Conduct initial Zoom consultations with new families
Draft and advise on :
Wills including testamentary discretionary trusts
Enduring powers of attorney
Enduring guardianships / medical decision-making authorities
Corporate powers of attorney
Optional :
Binding Financial Agreements (if within your experience)
Maintain clear, accurate file notes and progress matters independently (We use Smokeball — helpful, but not essential.)
Candidate Profile
You will thrive in this role if you are :
Experienced in estate planning and confident drafting testamentary discretionary trusts
Meticulously detail-focused — accuracy matters in this work
Warm, personable and confident dealing with families
A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and can manage workflow independently
Family law experience is welcome (not essential).
Exposure to Binding Financial Agreements is considered an advantage.
Requirements
Unrestricted Practising Certificate (Australia)
2–3+ years PAE in estate planning (or strong equivalent experience)
Demonstrated experience drafting testamentary discretionary trusts
Strong written and verbal communication
