Your Responsibilities
* Oversee daily unit operations and patient flow
* Manage staffing, rosters, and team performance
* Lead clinical governance, quality, safety, and risk initiatives
* Champion evidence-based oncology practice
* Conduct audits, investigations, and service improvement projects
* Mentor and grow a high-performing nursing team
Your Skills & Experience
* AHPRA Registered Nurse
* Post-graduate oncology/haematology or 4+ years post-registration experience including leadership
* Proven leadership and people management capabilities
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-focused care
* Desirable: Radiation therapy experience, knowledge of eviQ/ADAC standards, professional body membership
