About the Role
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the development, implementation and evaluation of risk and compliance frameworks, activities and capabilities.
This includes:
* Providing advice on risk, compliance and governance in relation to strategic, organisational and operational priorities.
* Fostering a positive risk and compliance culture.
About You
We are seeking an experienced professional who has:
* A high level understanding of risk management, compliance management and fraud control principles and practice within a health environment.
* The capacity to lead and deliver high level advice, expertise and skill with respect to good governance, risk management and compliance management practices and processes.
* High level analytical and strategic problem-solving skills and an ability to consider reviews, data and audit evidence to coordinate and prepare responses and implementation plans.
* A commitment to planning, implementation, review and management of change and process redesign.
* Highly developed and proven negotiation, consultative and interpersonal skills with a strong capacity to communicate complex issues.
* The ability to distil complex matters into succinct communications.
* Proven project management skills including demonstrated capacity to scope and organise tasks, document and deliver results.
* An established credibility through developing, maintaining and managing networks and alliances.
