About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Eastwood. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative and operational tasks, including general office administration, managing incoming calls and emails, coordinating documents and reports, maintaining records and databases, assisting with financial administration, managing office supplies and equipment, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee general office administration, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace;
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries with professionalism and efficiency;
* Coordinate and prepare various documents, reports, and correspondence;
* Maintain accurate records and databases;
* Assist with financial administration, including invoicing and reconciliation;
* Manage office supplies and equipment;
* Support the team with various administrative tasks as required;
* Act as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders;
* Implement and maintain office policies and procedures;

About You

">

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

* Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role;
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
* A proactive and problem-solving attitude;
* A commitment to providing excellent customer service;
* Knowledge of the strata industry would be highly regarded but not essential.
