You; Minimum 3-5 years experience in a professional environment Minimum 12 months of experience in the Sous Chef role The skill to create menus that adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the venue's identity Strong knowledge of food safety protocols Able to work 5 days across a 7 day operation Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent trade experience in lieu Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation You will be reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate Apply today!
