About the Role: Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial transactions. The role will include but not be limited to: Accurately manage high volume of approved invoices Match purchase orders with invoices Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments to suppliers Provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders Support other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager The Ideal Candidate: A keen willingness to learn, develop and grow their career Over two years of hands-on experience in accounts payable processes High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment About the Organisation: This leading construction company is recognised as a leader within their industry.
