As the key Sales Manager in Tasmania for our building solutions business, you will have the scope and ownership to elevate our customer relationships. The primary role of the Enterprise Sales Leader is to develop strategic accounts, promote Honeywell's offerings, and increase business content in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a business partner to the customer, understanding their business, drivers, and organization, and assist them in achieving real business outcomes. Advocate for the customer's needs within Honeywell.
2. Deliver initiatives and information showcasing the value Honeywell Building Solutions provides at all levels of the customer's organization.
3. Maximize the business potential of our customers and serve as the primary interface for all products, solutions, and services.
4. Achieve revenue, margin plans, and economic value-added goals.
5. Develop customer-specific pursuit plans and conduct annual customer-facing business reviews.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
* 5+ years' experience in technical understanding of BMS solutions, technical sales, or technical support.
* Electrical or Mechanical Trade or Tertiary Qualification.
* Sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to obtain required security clearances.
* Financial and business acumen.
