Darling Downs Radiology (DDR) is looking for a motivated Permanent Medical Receptionist to join our supportive and high-performing team in Toowoomba.
About The Role
You'll be the face of our clinic - welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling billing, and helping keep our day running smoothly. This is a permanent role covering shifts from Monday - Friday, with full training provided to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and register patients, ensuring smooth check-insAnswer phones, respond to enquiries, and book appointmentsConfirm patient preparation for imaging proceduresQuote fees and explain Medicare rebatesProcess private, Medicare, DVA, and third-party claimsHelp maximise clinic efficiencies and provide exceptional patient care

About You
