Darling Downs Radiology (DDR) is looking for a motivated permanent Medical Receptionist to join our supportive and high‐performing team in Toowoomba.
About The Role
You'll be the face of our clinic – welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling billing, and helping keep our day running smoothly. This is a permanent role covering shifts from Monday–Friday, with full training provided to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and register patients, ensuring smooth check‐ins
* Answer phones, respond to enquiries, and book appointments
* Confirm patient preparation for imaging procedures
* Quote fees and explain Medicare rebates
* Process private, Medicare, DVA, and third‐party claims
* Help maximise clinic efficiencies and provide exceptional patient care

About You
* Experience in a customer service or administration role
* Good time management, communication, and computer skills
* A patient‐first attitude and positive, team‐oriented mindset
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, detail‐focused environment
* Willingness to learn medical imaging systems (training provided)
