We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Western Suburbs, Vic.
The Account Manager role will be the primary point of contact for schools and responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through strong relationships as a trusted advisor.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Strengthen and grow profitable revenue within the current customer base while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive sustained success
* Own the customer relationship to effectively manage customer retention, revenue growth from existing customer base and increase new business through customer needs analysis
* Present and demonstrate physical and digital product and services to key stakeholders to highlight the benefits and impact of Campion's digital offerings, driving awareness, understanding, and adoption across schools
* Continuously gather feedback of digital offerings to refine messaging and improve user experience
* Effective management of the ordering process for Campion products and solutions through collaboration between customer and internal cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivering of Campion solutions aligned to customer needs and company objectives
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks externally in line with internal strategic reporting of sales, forecasting and performance updates
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders managed through the customer matrix and aligned to the customer segmentation model
* Attend and participate in relevant internal meetings, training programs and industry events and conferences
* Proactively manage personal development, embedding Campion's values and capability framework to elevate performance and professional growth

Requirements:
* Minimum of 3+ years' experience in account management preferably with an Education, Retail or Technology focus
* Excellent relationship management skills with proficiency in negotiation, effective communication and customer service
* Proven experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs
* Strong business and financial acumen with ability to deliver against budget and strategic objectives
* High degree of flexibility and proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital technologies
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence essential
* Working With Children Check [WWCC] essential
