Business Services Administrator - Accounts Payable Ongoing, part time position Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (21 hours per week) 8.30am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 4.30pm (negotiable)
The Business Services Administrator is accountable for providing administrative support for the College's Finance area and records area.
The Business Services Administrator works with general direction and uses discretion and judgement in planning, allocating resources, organising work, innovating in its own function and taking responsibility for outcomes.

Finance support with purchasing, accounts payable and other financial tasksData entry across different platformsRecord managementSupporting the daily operations of the College with flexibility and efficiencyHelping maintain a positive, safe and organised environment
