ATC Work Smart is a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally accredited training from the Great Southern to the Midwest. We are a locally based RTO committed to our communities and the work we do genuinely changes outcomes for local learners.
Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for experienced Trainers and Assessors to join us in Albany across these specialisations:
First Aid
Early Childhood Education and Care
Individual Support
Construction Safety - CPCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry
Business
Hospitality

What the role involves
You will deliver flexible, engaging training to a diverse range of learners, from community members completing a First Aid refresher to students working towards a career in childcare education or a career in aged care and disability support. Day-to-day, you can expect to:
* Plan and deliver training and assessment in line with approved delivery plans
* Maintain accurate training records and documentation to RTO standards
* Support individual learners through one-on-one tuition and regular progress check-ins
* Participate in validation and contribute to continuous improvement
* Represent ATC Work Smart at local events and expos when needed
* Keep your own industry skills current through ongoing professional development
