Job Description
As a Regional Employee Benefits Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing benefit strategies that drive market competitiveness and align with business objectives.
* Benefit Design and Implementation: Develop and execute benefit plans that are tailored to the company's objectives. Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure pay practices remain competitive. Manage annual benefit reviews (i.e health insurance renewal). Design and evaluate benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
* Business Partnership: Liaise with vendors (i.e insurance providers, brokers) to ensure our benefits are implemented accordingly. Provide guidance and support on benefit matters during the hiring process, promotions, transfers, and restructures, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategies.
* Compliance and Reporting: Develop and update benefit-related policies/guidelines to ensure they remain aligned with the Company's direction. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all markets the company has workforce.
* Continuous Improvement: Conduct benefit analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Stay updated on benefit trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience in benefit management, preferably within a reward consultancy, technology firm, or multinational organization
* 5+ years of experience in compensation management, with a good understanding of best practices and industry trends
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and analysis
* Familiarity with market survey and benchmarking analysis
* Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing compensation data
* Excellent self-awareness, communication, and interpersonal skills
