The role:

As an Occupational Therapist and Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to clients under the NDIS, working with a broad range of individuals to support their goals and wellbeing. You will maintain a person-centred approach, ensuring all clinical practice is in line with best practice, organisational procedures, and NDIS guidelines. You will provide timely assessments, interventions, referrals, and follow-ups, and actively collaborate with clients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care. You will contribute to service quality and safety by participating in audits, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Alongside your clinical work, you will lead and support a team of allied health professionals, ensuring they meet performance and billing targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and professional excellence. You will provide supervision, conduct performance reviews, and offer coaching and guidance in both clinical practice and NDIS processes. This includes managing caseload distribution, encouraging professional development, and promoting a positive, respectful work environment. As a Team Leader, you'll also play a key role in ensuring occupational health and safety compliance and embodying the organisation's values of Excellence, Respect, Trust, and Justice in all aspects of your leadership.

Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
* AHPRA registration
* 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
* Team Lead experience is desired but not essential
* Supervision experience is essential
* NDIS Workers Screening Check and Orientation Modules
* Police Check / Working with Children Check
* Driving License
