The role:
As an Occupational Therapist and Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to clients under the NDIS, working with a broad range of individuals to support their goals and wellbeing. This includes managing caseload distribution, encouraging professional development, and promoting a positive, respectful work environment. Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
* AHPRA registration
* 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
* Team Lead experience is desired but not essential
* Supervision experience is essential
* NDIS Workers Screening Check and Orientation Modules
* Police Check / Working with Children Check
* Driving License
