The Role
We are looking for a full-time Practice Nurse Manager to join our team at the Marion Domain Practice in Oaklands Park, SA. You will be responsible for managing the daily treatment room operations and nursing services, leading a dedicated team of nurses, and collaborating with the Practice Manager and GPs to coordinate clinical services, manage workflow, and foster a high-performing, collaborative environment. Your Responsibilities
* Inspire and empower: lead and motivate a skilled team of nurses, fostering growth and clinical excellence daily.
* Drive smooth and safe treatment room operations: oversee efficiency and safety, ensure staffing and workflows are optimized.
* Champion compliance: ensure adherence to clinical safety and quality standards.
* Team with Practice Manager: analyse performance metrics and strategically allocate resources for maximum impact.
* GP collaboration: support comprehensive health assessments, tailored care plans, and chronic disease management.
* Build and maintain positive professional relationships with patients and staff, contributing to a collaborative and respectful workplace culture.
* Champion workplace health and safety by participating in safety initiatives and promptly reporting incidents or hazards.
About You
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience in General Practice or primary health care is preferred but not required.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously and delegate when appropriate.
* Passion for patient-centered care and a personable approach.
