In October 2024, we opened our beautiful Early Learning Centre in a lovingly restored heritage building on McKillop Street, right in the heart of Geelong. With strong enrolments (95%+ daily occupancy), a thriving community, and an expanding organisation around us, we’re now looking for a passionate Room Leader to lead our 2–3 year old room .

* Lead the educational program with real autonomy, backed by meaningful support
* Work collaboratively alongside our Nursery and Toddler 1 Room Leaders, with hands-on guidance from an exceptional ECT and Curriculum Leader who is genuinely invested in your growth and development, and creating exceptional child led experiences.
* Be supported by a leadership team and Centre Operations Manager who values reflection, open communication, advocacy and doing things properly — with heart, not haste
