Summary of the Position We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Manager to join our dedicated team in a well-respected Residential Aged Care home.
This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who is ready to step into a leadership position focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
As the Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in supporting residents to live healthier, happier lives by overseeing clinical governance, guiding the care team, and ensuring excellence across assessment, planning, and delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Workers in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Conduct daily clinical rounds and oversee documentation, care planning, assessments, and evaluation of resident care.
Promote a culture of excellence by coaching staff, monitoring clinical practice, and ensuring continuous professional development.
Oversee clinical risk, incidents, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of improvement strategies.
Collaborate with General Practitioners, allied health, families, and internal teams to ensure holistic care for residents.
Support ACFI/AN-ACC processes, including assessments, reviews, and documentation.
Maintain compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative requirements, and internal policies.
Assist the General Manager with quality initiatives, accreditation preparedness, and leadership responsibilities when required.
Role model the organisation's values, fostering teamwork, respect, and open communication.
Key Requirements Current Registered Nurse (AHPRA) registration.
Prior experience in residential aged care OR strong clinical leadership experience in a related health care setting.
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to mentor and support staff across all levels.
A commitment to resident-centred care and continuous quality improvement.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for leading teams and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Experience in AN-ACC, ACFI, or aged care compliance.
Exposure to accreditation processes, risk management, or incident investigation.
Experience in infection prevention and control.
