* Mandatory Experience:
o Rural nursing experience.
o Emergency nursing experience.
* Desirable Skills:
o eMR knowledge and electronic medical records proficiency.
o Familiarity with First Net, Power Chart, HBCIS.
Key Responsibilities
* BLS and ALS competency.
* Emergency Triage Education Kit (ETEK) certification.
* Manual and patient handling techniques.
* Infection control measures.
* Aggressive behaviour management strategies.
* Mandatory reporting for suspected child abuse or neglect.
* Medication management including QPHS Regulations.
