We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager/ Supervisor to join our leadership team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for both our valued guests and team.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the Venue Manager in overseeing day-to-day beverage operations
· Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service.
· Assist with rostering, inventory control and compliance.
· Drive guest experience and manage service standards in a high-volume, premium environment.
· Work closely with senior management to achieve financial and service KPIs.
Skills & Experience
· Demonstrated cocktail creation, service skills
· Ability to train and develop others in cocktails, spirts, beer and wine knowledge and production
· Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within premium dining or high-end hospitality.
· Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
· RSA certification essential.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
