About the Role

We are currently seeking qualified Crane Technicians to join our Cranes and Lifting Team in Perth, WA for various adhoc and rostered roles. As a Crane Technician at Pressure Dynamics you will be tasked with carrying out inspections, maintenance, fault-finding, installation and commissioning of pedestal and gantry cranes.

Main Responsibilities

* Conducting routine and corrective crane maintenance
* Performing troubleshooting and fault-finding of crane systems
* Preparing detailed crane condition checklists and site service reports
* Surveying/scoping up crane maintenance activities to identify labour, materials and equipment required for execution
* Replacement of crane components; i.e. hooks, wire ropes, motors, brakes, limit switches, load monitoring systems, etc.

Qualifications and Experience required:

* Have 2-5 years' experience as a Crane Technician
* Have 2 years' experience in the Oil & Gas Industry (preferred)
* Recognized Mechanical Trade Certificate
* OPITO BOSIET (preferred)
* MSIC (preferred)
* Basic Rigger HRWL (preferred)
* Experience with hydraulic systems, diesel engines, gearboxes and winches
