D365 FinOps Lead Technical Consultant / Senior Developer
You will lead the technical design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will guide technical decisions, support solution design, and drive high quality development across complex integrations and supply chain customisations. You will work closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to build stable and scalable solutions.

You will lead the technical design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will guide technical decisions, support solution design, and drive high quality development across complex integrations and supply chain customisations. You will work closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to build stable and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and development of D365 FinOps features and customisations.
Own the development lifecycle. This includes estimation, solution planning, coding, code reviews, deployment, and documentation.
Deliver integrations using Azure services, Data Management Framework, OData, custom APIs, and other integration patterns.
Build and enhance Supply Chain Management modules. This includes Inventory, Procurement, WHS, and Production solutions.
Troubleshoot performance issues and improve system stability.
Work with solution architects to ensure customisations align with best practice and Microsoft standards.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
Guide junior developers and support consistent development standards.
Support release planning, environment management, and technical governance.
Maintain clear documentation across technical design, integrations, extensions, and deployments.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong experience as a D365 FinOps Technical Consultant or Senior Developer.
Proven background in X++ development, extensions, and customisation patterns.
Hands on experience building integrations across Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, DMF, OData, and custom interfaces.
Solid track record delivering Supply Chain customisations and enhancements.
Sound understanding of the D365 data model and standard SCM processes.
Ability to lead technical discussions and influence solution direction.
Experience with source control, pipelines, and DevOps using Azure DevOps.
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Desirable
Experience with Power Platform.
Microsoft certifications across D365 or Azure.
Exposure to broader ERP or integration landscapes.
