This award-winning and market-leading engineering consultancy has a rare opening for an experienced payroll specialist, with a minimum of five years payroll expertise, taking sole ownership of their end-to-end payroll processes for circa 300 employees.

About You / Job Requirements

* 5+ years' experience managing end-to-end payroll and confident in running the payroll department for 300+ employees
* Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
* Solid understanding of multi-state payroll requirements, awards, legislation, and taxation
* Confidence in auditing and managing payroll and timekeeping systems
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines
* Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and other teams
* A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement
