Experienced Program Manager required to lead complex, multi-year enterprise technology programs for a major retail client environment. This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery, commercial performance, and executive stakeholder management across large-scale platform deployments, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders, including executive leadership.
* Lead governance forums, providing clear reporting on progress, risks, and decisions.
* Define and deliver multi-year program roadmaps, including pilots and large-scale rollouts.
* Oversee end-to-end delivery across platform deployment, integrations, testing, and rollout.
* Manage program financials including budget, forecasting, and margin.
* Drive structured change control and support commercial negotiations.
* Lead risk, issue, and dependency management across internal and third-party teams.
* Ensure operational readiness and transition to business-as-usual support.
* Mentor and lead program/project managers across a distributed delivery team.
Skills & Experience
* 15+ years' experience delivering large-scale, client-facing technology programs.
* Experience across retail or large-scale commerce platforms including POS integrations.
* Proven track record in complex, multi-stream enterprise delivery environments.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
* Expertise in program governance, financial management, and change control.
* Experience across retail or large-scale commerce platforms (e.g. POS, integrations).
* Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery models.
* Background in consulting or professional services environments.
