KY Plaster & Building Supplies supplies plasterboard and finishing systems, insulation products, cornices and mouldings, tools, fasteners and related building materials across Greater Melbourne.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Contract Administrator with the following requirements:
* Relevant qualification in Business, Commerce or related field
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Good organisational and time management abilities
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to manage multiple supplier and customer contracts simultaneously
* Relevant experience in contract administration, procurement or building materials industry preferred
The role:
* Preparing, reviewing and managing supplier agreements, purchase contracts and service agreements
* Liaising with suppliers, customers, warehouse staff and transport providers regarding contract matters
* Monitoring delivery schedules, stock orders and contractual obligations
* Assisting with procurement, quotations, invoicing and cost control processes
* Maintaining accurate records of contracts, orders and supplier documentation
* Coordinating with warehouse and sales teams to support efficient order processing and site deliveries
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations
