X-Golf is Australia's largest indoor golf entertainment venue, and as a result of continued growth nation-wide we are looking for a recent Assistant Venue Manager for our fantastic venue in Rockingham!

Our venue combines the established and state of the art X-Golf experience with our Hey Caddy mini golf offering to provide entertainment for all ages all under one roof.

With 6 state-of-the-art golf simulators, 18 holes of newly designed mini golf, a full bar and kitchen, topped off with a high-end audio-visual setup for music and sports, X-Golf & Hey Caddy Rockingham is positioned to be one of the go-to destinations for year-round indoor entertainment.

The Role:

We are actively recruiting a new Assistant Venue Manager to help support and build the team towards success into the future.

The role will be reporting to and receiving support from the Venue Manager, and will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Ensuring a high standard of customer experience and driving venue success
- Driving and overseeing X-Golf activations, including events and competitions
- Liaising with the Venue Manager, Event Sales and Marketing Coordinator in regard to upcoming functions
- Understanding and maintaining all venue equipment to high standards
- Assisting with managing stock levels, ordering, and stocktaking on a regular basis
- Assisting with maintaining the Point of Sale (POS) system and ensuring accuracy of data entry

To be successful in your application, you will be able to demonstrate all, if not a combination of the following:

- A minimum of one (1) years of hospitality experience
- Flexibility across seven operating days - Including nights and weekends
- Current RSA certificate
- Proven leaderships skills, or the ability to lead a team and set priorities
- Basic computer, technology, and word processing skills
- Hold an Approved Manager Card (or have willingness to obtain)
